About Us

Our Journey of Compassion and Commitment

In the heart of a community yearning for connection and support, Integrity Care & Transport (ICT) was born from the vision of a compassionate individual who recognized a profound need. Founded on the principles of faith, love, and service, ICT has evolved from one woman’s aspiration into a beacon of hope and assistance for those requiring care and mobility.

Our founder, a woman of deep faith and boundless compassion, observed the struggles faced by many in our community who were hindered by the lack of accessible, reliable transportation. Moved by a calling that transcended mere observation, she set forth with a mission: to bridge the gap and ensure that no one was left isolated or without the means to reach essential services, connect with loved ones, or participate in community life.

What started as a modest effort, driven by the ethos of serving others in a way that reflected Jesus’ love and kindness, quickly grew into something remarkable. With a steadfast commitment to integrity, empathy, and personalized care, ICT began to make its mark, redefining what it means to be a transportation service.

Rooted in Faith, Growing in Service
Our growth can be attributed to more than just the expansion of services; it’s a testament to our commitment to treating every passenger with dignity, offering support and warmth along every journey. The principles of our faith have guided every decision, every interaction, and the path of expansion, reinforcing the belief that when actions are driven by love and compassion, communities thrive.

From providing safe and caring transport for the elderly and disabled, to ensuring that critical medical appointments are kept, and even making it possible for groups to travel together for fellowship and growth, ICT has touched lives in innumerable ways. Each service, each journey, is pervaded by a sense of mission and purpose, reflecting our founder’s original vision.

The Journey Continues
Today, Integrity Care & Transport stands as a testament to what can be achieved when compassion leads the way. As we look to the future, our commitment remains unwavering: to expand our reach, to touch more lives, and to continue serving our community in a Jesus-loving way. We are more than just a transportation company; we are a family, united in our purpose to connect, support, and uplift those we serve.

In every ride we offer, every smile we share, and every mile we travel, we carry forward the legacy of our founder and the core values that define us. For us, it’s not just about reaching a destination; it’s about journeying together in love, faith, and integrity.

Welcome to Integrity Care & Transport—where every journey is blessed, every passenger valued, and every mile a testament to faith in action.

About Anna

Integrity care and transport started back in 2023 when the director, Anna, was navigating through a very toxic relationship, and had to choose to start over in every area, including her career. Her past history, having had several very successful businesses, a teaching degree, and juggling the responsibilities of a stay at home mom influenced her decision to do what she loves and utilize those skills over the years to start ICT.

Anna sat down with one of her best friends to discuss what to do now with the new life as a single mom and received one of the best questions, which was “Well Anna, what do you love to do and can get paid to do it?

That question led Anna to recall being able to care for her children over all those years and run successful businesses from home. She began working as a caregiver, offering transportation to students, and also those who are elderly and disabled. That is how the dream started, and has become her passion and purpose now. As a business owner in the past, she knew that by her literally being behind the wheel, or the one washing dishes, or meal prepping for the elderly or disabled would limit her abilities to grow and reach so many more people waiting for care.

She found the needs were larger than what she could meet, so that pushed her to create the non-profit, and to involve anyone with a caring heart who has the ability to help. She is very grateful that she could help those who had the finances at the time for transportation and caregiving, but her heart broke for those who could not financially afford this kind of care. Anna’s hope with the non-profit is to find people who have a heart to reach those unable to financially afford the assistance.

“Give me a generous heart, Father. A heart that reflects your compassion for the poor, weak, and in need. Never allow me to be owned by my possessions, but instead to hold them in open hands, ready to serve you with what you trust to me.”
